Q. When I view a page I get 'No content corresponds to your criteria.' under a ringtone or logo category, what do I do to correct this?

A. If you get this message then the content is not valid in your country. Each country has different arrangements with  my mobile content supplier and there are different rules regarding the content that can be displayed for each country. So I am sorry but you will not be able to download any mobile content from this area.

Q. I can not see your mobile phone content and get a message that ends in 'your browser does not support frames' what am I doing wrong?

A. If you can not see the ringtones or logos when you view my pages and get a message that ends similar to the one mentioned above then the browser that you are using does not support frames. Frames are used to display content that needs to be changed on a page without actually having to refresh the whole page. To view my ringtones I would suggest changing your browser.

Q. When I click on a ring tone or logo nothing happens?

A. If this happens then either your pop up manager is blocking the 'demo / download' window or your browser does not support Java or your security settings are set to block java being used. If your browser does not support java then update your browser. To enable Java on your computer type 'security settings' in your browser help to find out how to adjust these settings so that you can allow java to run or your computer. If your popup manager is blocking the 'demo / download' window then open your popup manager and allow 'http://orderpopup.sonnerie.net'.

Q. I want to download a ringtone / logo / game but the instructions are in English and I do not understand them or I want to view the demo in French instead of English?

A. At the top of every page there is a drop down box displaying the languages that you can view my ringtones in. Please choose your language and press the change button. Please Note: - Not all the languages will work for each country. When you have chosen a language then you will see the demo & payment box appear in your chosen language if this service is available for your country.

Q. Why do you not offer free ringtones?

A. There is really no such thing as a 'FREE ringtone or logo', just the same as there is no such thing as a 'free lunch'! Adds offering free downloads are aimed at capturing your mobile phone number so that they can target you with SMS adds. My content is fairly priced and reflects the work and commitment that has gone into producing it for you to download.

Q. Can I view your site on my mobile phone?

A. Yes on some top end phones that allow you to browse the web and can view frames. However for most phone you will not be able to view my ringtones & logos. I am currently working on a version that will run on a standard mobile phone and will update my main page when this is available.
